Before initial use, activate the pump by pressing 2 - 4 times. Always shake gently before use and spray directly into mouth, on the inside of each cheek, hold, then swallow.

Suggested Use

Cafe Energy: Spray 8 sprays when you need an energy boost; 4 sprays inside each cheek or directly in mouth. Can be used mutliple times a day if needed. not recommended within 2 hours of preferred bedtime.

Immune Spray : 4 sprays, twice a day, or wait a few seconds and repeat 4 sprays.

Sleep Spray : 4-8 sprays, 90 minutes prior to bedtime. Remove all electronics at least 20 minutes prior. (per Dr. Oz)
